Estimator / Planner

The Estimator / Planner is responsible for developing accurate project estimates and ensuring that resources materials, machines, and manpower are identified to meet deadlines and maintain quality. This role is both analytical and collaborative, requiring regular coordination with engineering, purchasing, production, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities : Estimating

Review and interpret customer drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Identify material requirements, production steps, labor needs, and equipment requirements.

Build estimates that include bills of material and labor hours.

Production Planning

Develop and maintain detailed production build packages that optimize workflow.

Coordinate with purchasing to ensure that material quantities are identified and sourced in accordance with customer requirements.

Identify necessary machines, processes, and personnel needed to complete jobs.
