A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Requirements Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement

Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize the product backlog

Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems or IT Management

8-10 years of experience in Agile project management and business analysis

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles

Strong analytical skills for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements

Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to refine requirements
