Registered Nurse - Home Health

Home Health RN Belleville, IL

A home health organization in Belleville, Illinois is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers a competitive annual salary of approximately $78,000, quarterly bonus opportunities totaling $10,000, travel reimbursement, and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care and complete patient assessments in the home setting

Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the care team

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage

Schedule

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

One weekend per month

Two holidays per year

On-call rotation every 4 5 weeks (Saturday & Sunday, 8 : 00 a.m. 10 : 00 p.m.)

Flexible schedules with minimal long shifts and minimal additional weekend coverage

Qualifications

Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois

Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Comfortable with travel required for patient visits
