Ceridian Dayforce - HRIS Reporting Consultant

Your key responsibilities
- Develop maintain and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR Payroll Finance and business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent and Time & Attendance.
- Support system upgrades configuration changes and new module implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues working closely with Ceridian support when needed.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes data definitions and system configurations.
- Train members and end-users on Dayforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
- Participate in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Skills and attributes for success
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems.3 years of experience in HRIS or HR reporting roles preferably with Dayforce HCM.Strong proficiency in SQL data transformation techniques (e.g. Joins Aggregations Grouping etc.) Data Visualization tools and ExcelSolid understanding of HR processes and data structures.Ideally youll also have
Experience with Dayforce Data Integration Studio (DIS) or Dashboards ProExperience developing new Dayforce Reporting topics including V2 and V1 (SQL-based) Report TopicsKnowledge of relational database design and management
