Ceridian Dayforce - HRIS Reporting Consultant

Phoenix AZ

Contract.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop maintain and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR Payroll Finance and business leaders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent and Time & Attendance.
  • Support system upgrades configuration changes and new module implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues working closely with Ceridian support when needed.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes data definitions and system configurations.
  • Train members and end-users on Dayforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reporting as required.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems.
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS or HR reporting roles preferably with Dayforce HCM.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL data transformation techniques (e.g. Joins Aggregations Grouping etc.) Data Visualization tools and Excel
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

    • Ideally youll also have

  • Experience with Dayforce Data Integration Studio (DIS) or Dashboards Pro
  • Experience developing new Dayforce Reporting topics including V2 and V1 (SQL-based) Report Topics

    • Knowledge of relational database design and management
