[job_card.job_description]Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active New Jersey license in good standing Completion of a residency program in endodontics (required) At least 3-5 years of clinical experience Highly proficient in all aspects of endodontics, including root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, and apicoectomies Ability to examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans Strong desire and willingness to continue learning and growing Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients Willingness to participate in-network as needed Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections Malpractice insurance 401(k) and other voluntary benefits Gateway to Long Beach Island : Just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island, known for its pristine beaches, lively boardwalks, and relaxing coastal vibe. Position Title : Endodontist
Location : Manahawkin, NJ
Status : Part-Time (minimum of 2 days per month; Wednesdays preferred; flexible schedule)
We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Endodontist to join their established practice in Manahawkin, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontic specialist who prioritizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience. This practice offers advanced technology, a strong referral base, and a welcoming, professional team.

- Annual practice revenue : $3.2 million
- Active patient base : 2,500
- Payer mix : 33% fee-for-service / 67% PPO
- Specialty services offered in-office : Oral surgery, sleep apnea treatment, Invisalign, all-on-4 / 6 hybrid dentures
- Fully digital, upgraded technology including iTero and Overjet
- Part-time schedule, ideally Wednesdays, with flexibility for at least 2 days per month
