• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering / development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. .
• Root cause analysis, defect triaging and troubleshooting issues identified in lower / ORT / Prod. Web services, SQL, REST / SOAP APIs, Splunk experience required.
• Provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems.
• Responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status.
• Research and recommend strategies for department direction on customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated system solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on complex projects and research new technology for use by department.
