Position Overview
The Audit Senior will play a critical role in managing and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality service delivery to clients. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a team in performing audits effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with firm and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training on audit processes and best practices.
• Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and assist in the development of solutions for issues identified during audits.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+- years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and CCH software is a plus.
