Key Responsibilities :
Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles, ensuring they are free from debris, spills, and stains to provide a safe and pleasant environment for passengers.Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and safe.Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly throughout the fleet yard and maintenance areas.Clean and maintain work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors, walls, and windows.Regularly inspect and clean restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary, and maintaining cleanliness to high standards.Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the entire facility, including parking areas and other common spaces.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license for a minimum of 3 yearsEligible and able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with a passenger endorsement within 30 days of hire.Computer literateSubject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing.Physical Requirements :
Stand for extended periods (up to 68 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfacesPush and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground levelWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noiseTransdev complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and candidates with disabilities.
