We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative , to join our Garland, TX office. This role is key in ensuring a positive client experience and supporting the success of our land surveying operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.
• Schedule customer and client land surveys , confirm appointments, and manage project timelines.
• Enter, update, and track client orders and project details in real time using our internal systems.
• Maintain organized and timely communication between clients, surveyors, and other departments.
• Provide accurate information on service offerings, project status, timelines, and pricing.
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
