Schedule : Depends on business needs

Position Summary :

  • You will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety.
  • Daily planning, & Safety meetings
  • Directing work flow, and addressing issues that may arise.
  • Management experience is a plus

    • What's Required :

  • 5 or more years of Supervisory experience
  • Ability to Supervise 20 employees
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
  • Ability to work in fast paced outdoor environment
  • A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn
  • High School Diploma / GED or Ability
  • Safety first mentality
  • Valid state Driver's license

    • Areas of Responsibility :

  • Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, included but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status
  • Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted
  • Setting and monitoring specific developmental and performance goals for associates
