• Full Time - 40 hours per week (32 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus : (If eligible) $25,000
• CME : $3,500 / year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.
• Required Travel : Yes

• Salary range : [$300,000-618,133]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures.
