Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor legal staff, ensuring adherence to best practices
Conduct team meetings to review case progress and provide legal guidance
Manage contract compliance and prepare program reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited university
Active California State Bar License
Fluency in Spanish
Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, preferably in removal defense
Experience with technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
