About the Role: Lead our 6-bed residential mental health program for teens ages 12–17. This role combines direct clinical care with program leadership—maintain a small caseload while supervising associate therapists and overseeing daily operations. Provide trauma-informed therapy without the burnout of impossible caseloads.

What You'll Do:
- Provide weekly individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy using DBT, CBT, and trauma-focused modalities
- Supervise associate-level therapists and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health staff on treatment planning
- Lead daily operations of the residential program, ensuring a safe, therapeutic milieu
- Manage admissions, discharges, and care transitions alongside the Clinical Director
- Lead shift huddles and weekly team meetings; coach direct care staff in real time
- Maintain compliance with California Community Care Licensing and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT
- Active CA license: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD
- Eligible to supervise associate therapists
- 3+ years in adolescent residential treatment, psychiatric care, or intensive behavioral health
- Strong background in trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorders, and family therapy
Preferred:
- Training in DBT, CBT, EMDR, or motivational interviewing
- Experience supervising AMFT, APCC, or ASW clinicians
- Familiarity with Community Care Licensing and Joint Commission standards
Compensation- $105,000-$125,000 annually based on education and experience.
