[job_card.job_description]Operate and maintain a group of blow molding machines ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment and auxiliary systems. Conduct regular quality checks, monitoring for deviations in product specifications and making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including conveyor jams and process malfunctions. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Support process improvement and equipment automation initiatives. Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Proven experience in blow molding or automotive repair within a manufacturing setting. Strong background in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery. Ability to interpret technical documentation and use computer applications related to production systems. Aptitude for mathematics, physical science, and process optimization. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and use personal protective equipment as required. Willingness to work a consistent night-shift schedule.

Qualifications and Skills :
Compensation Range : $30 / hr-$40 / hr + overtime
Hours : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM (2 days on / 3 days off)
