    • Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team at the law office of Sybert, Rhoad, Lackey & Swisher. This position would consist of 25-30+ hours per week with an hourly rate of $15 - $25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications and includes additional retirement benefits. Its a great work environment with a team that really cares. Legal experience is helpful but not a must just looking for an organized, reliable, and friendly individual. This position would be perfect for someone who wants flexibility and a supportive place to work. This position has the opportunity for growth and advancement as well as full-time employment if desired.

    Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and other professionals
  • Maintain and update documentation
  • Provide general administrative support

    • Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
