Creating efforts using customer database for mailings, communicating results, working with management and IT to develop the marketing system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Assists in planning of all Database and Direct Marketing programs
- Assists in the preparation of profit and loss statements for all Database marketing programs
- Utilize Marketing Workbench to extract data for customer mailings and reporting
- Performs ad hoc data extracts and analysis
- Proactive role in developing strategic use of existing information processes, as well as evaluating potential uses of new processes
- Develops a thorough understanding of the property Marketing goals
- Develops and maintains policies, procedures and standards relating to database management and monitors transaction activity
- Supervises suspense and trespass account processing
- Supervises direct mail agency to ensure deadlines are met and costs controlled
- Perform analysis on database performance including revenue trends, attrition and migration, and reinvestment levels
- Supervises team to ensure accurate and timely redemption of all coupons
- Develop presentations for upper management
- Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Prairie Band Casino and encourages others to do the same
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Other related duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor degreeTwo years’ experience in managing data driven marketing campaignsMust possess excellent skills in project and people management, communication and writingA record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employmentPHYSICAL, MENTAL, & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :
