As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering electrical systems for semiconductor facilities, research labs, and other state-of-the-art manufacturing environments. What You'll Do

• Lead and Mentor: Oversee designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.

• Drive Complex Design: Tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications.

• Collaborate and Influence: Work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery.

• Own the Details: Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.

• Be the Expert: Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of electrical engineering design for semiconductor and mission critical manufacturing facilities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Solid understanding of all phases of construction document production.

• Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 10 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems??

• Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities highly preferred

• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards

• Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.

• Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Team lead experience

Ideally, you'll also have:?

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Senior technical leadership experience

• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills??
