Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners.
Collaborate with project teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
Lead proposal efforts, presentations, and RFP responses to secure new projects.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, preferably within construction or related industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Knowledge of regional construction market and established industry network is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $175000.00 / yr.
