POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking a full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join our highly collegial team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants.

Primary goal is recruiting colleagues with strong interpersonal skills motivated to provide patient-centered care. We are particularly interested in candidates with breast imaging fellowship training. The ideal candidate would have experience in full spectrum of breast imaging, including procedures and MRI.

PRACTICE DETAILS

• Physician-led multi-specialty medical group exclusively serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area.
• Integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment. Excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.
• Outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital exams. Teleradiology covers overnights.
• Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month. Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts.
• Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are general.
• All radiologists are placed on shareholder track.
• Option to work from home for non-patient facing work, including evenings and weekends. Breast imaging is interpreted on site.

• Compensation structure with initial fixed salary phase allowing for low stress onboarding focused on quality and enculturation followed by transition to market-leading productivity-based compensation when advantageous to the radiologist (typically 1-2 years).
