Job Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate bid submissions.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all estimates.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes

• Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
