Position Overview :

As a Data Center Learning and Training Systems Manager, you will play a high-impact, hands-on role supporting the rapid build-out and operational excellence of Fleet’s North American data center portfolio. This position is designed to ensure scalable, consistent, and effective learning systems as the organization grows.

You will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical, safety, and leadership training programs across all site-based roles, including Data Center Technicians, Critical Facilities Engineers, Electrical and Mechanical Leads, Site Managers, Engineers, and other operational staff.

This is a portfolio-wide role with direct influence on uptime, safety performance, employee retention, and the speed and effectiveness of new-site ramp-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain the North America Fleet Data Center technical training curriculum (electrical, mechanical, liquid cooling, controls, MOP / SOP / EOP, incident command)
• Build and deliver blended programs : classroom, hands-on labs, VR / AR simulations, e-learning, and structured OJT
• Lead new-site training stand-up during construction and commissioning
• Partner with global SMEs and OEMs (Schneider, Vertiv, NVIDIA, etc.) to keep content current
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to regional leads and site training coordinators
• Develop and own Learning Management Systems, training libraries, and other training resources for our teams
• Measure training effectiveness using OKR’s and KPI’s
• Support staff training and qualification pathways and career development
• Act as the primary training interface for North America regulatory and compliance audits

Working Conditions :

This role requires occasional travel to data center sites across multiple regions (up to 50%-75% travel).

Ability to work in both office environments and active construction sites, adhering to all safety protocols.

Expected Salary Range : $135,000 – $165,000 plus Bonus

Location : Denver, CO with consideration for applicants in Austin, TX, Seattle, WA, Nevada and Northern Virginia. Remote may also be considered.
