As the LPN , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

• Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload
• Assists the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans
• Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals
• Administering and recording prescribed medications following established protocols
• Providing direct support to the individuals as needed

Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Salary : $22.57 / hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Maximum Salary : $26.67 / hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule : Schedule : M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL 17 observed holidays off
