Job Description

JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for a Senior Data Scientist / Analyst supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace System (NAS) NAS Defense Programs (NDP) Engineering Air Route Radar Systems, located ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational health of industrial control systems and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable system operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for industrial control systems.
• Analyze radar data, operational execution data, inventory data, and other datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support decision-making and operational strategies.
• Design real-time monitoring tools to track critical system metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
• Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and usability for analytics.
• Continuously evaluate and refine analytics processes, adapting to evolving technology and business needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analytical findings and recommendations for leadership.

Job Requirements

Education : Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and system optimization.

Security Clearance : Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and education level. JMA Solutions offers a full benefits package, including vision, health, and dental coverage, as well as a 401(k) match and life insurance.
