Local food processing plant in Fresno, CA is now hiring a Quality Technician. Temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay : $17.00 or more depending on experience Schedule : Varies and days off may be during week days. Over time may be required. Job duties may include but not limited to the following :

• Support production operations to ensure food safety and product quality
• Perform and document Pre-Op and Post-Op inspections of equipment and facilities
• Conduct Brix and pH tests on products; record all results accurately
• Notify supervisor of any products outside specifications
• Visually inspect finished goods and maintain product retain samples
• Verify traceability and labeling information (lot and batch codes)
