What You'll Do

• Provide critical care transport nursing for complex, high-acuity patients of all ages (neonatal - not requiring isolette, pediatric, and adult) during ground ambulance missions whilst managing ventilators, vasoactive infusions, invasive monitoring, and advanced interventions.
• Provide BLS / ALS transport services while partnering with an EMT crew member in between critical care calls.
• Lead and coordinate clinical care in partnership with paramedic and EMT crew members, sending / receiving facility teams, and medical control – ensuring seamless, safe, high-quality transport.
• Uphold Ascent's uncompromising standards of safety, documentation, and teamwork in every case.
• Participate in case reviews, quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, mentoring of new staff, and continuous professional development.
