RN-Operating Room/PACU MONTANA

As an OR/PACU RN, you will:

• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized, goal-directed care plans for patients.
• Ensure organized, accurate, and efficient care delivery in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain current clinical practice standards appropriate for the patient population and care setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and compassion in providing care to patients of all ages.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Montana RN licensure or graduate nurse licensure required.
• Current CPR required, ACLS-Preferred
