POSITION : Revenue Manager (Salaried Exempt)
COMPENSATION : Pursuant to Colorado regulations if this job is performed in Colorado the salary range is $88000-$98000 plus bonus potential.

DIRECT REPORT : Revenue Management Director
The Revenue Manager evaluates analyzes and drives asset performance. The Revenue Manager is responsible for reviewing understanding and compiling reports on asset performance. The Revenue Manager is required to be an expert in the pricing application and related procedures. This individual will act as the advisor for the client and operations team from implementation managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support. The Revenue Manager will also be responsible for training the Portfolio Manager and their property team members on the Revenue Management platform pricing system as well as Revenue Management disciplines.

The Team Member must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist properties as needed attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
