Job Title : Finance Manager

Location : Near Uniontown, OH

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Finance Manager) : Finance director

  • Lead and manage all accounting functions including AP / AR, payroll, cash flow management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and record-keeping
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with GAAP, and accurate financial systems and procedures
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining strict and timely reporting schedules
  • Monitor all financial transactions and continuously improve accounting standards and controls

    • Qualifications (Finance Manager) : Finance director

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting preferred
