Collections analyst

salary : $20 - $22 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters. This group sits within Consumer Lending focused on credit card debt collections.

This person will be reviewing credit card collections documents to ensure all items within the collected documents are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements. Once this is verified, they send this information to the legal team to begin enforcing collections on the debt.

Job Responsibilities :

• Test info before it's sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Checking notarization on documents.
• May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.

Qualifications :
