Remote Property and Casualty Insurance Sales

This is a remote position.

Agency : Ari Litzman Allstate

Role : Licensed Sales Producer

Location : Owings Mills MD - Remote - Must be able to work EST hours

Base Pay : $24000 annually (salary no clock punching)

Total Compensation : $60000-$80000 annually with top producers hitting $100k Annually

Comp Structure : Starts at 11% and tiers up to 18%

Bonuses : Aggressive cash bonuses

Hours : Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM EST with a 30 minute lunch

Description : A well-established Allstate agency out of Owings Mills MD is seeking driven hungry and experienced remote sales producers to join a growing team! As a Remote Licensed Sales Producer you will engage with prospective clients quote and bind policies build rapport and relationships and help grow the agency as well as your income!

Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

Interface with prospective clients over the phone and via email / text

Provide a professional and thorough sales experience

Build long-term relationships and referrals

Utilize multiple lead sources to drive production

Hit realistic sales goals and activity metrics

Gain industry agency and product knowledge to grow in your career

Requirements :

Must have valid Property and Casualty License for your resident state

At least 1 year of prior Allstate sales experience

Production level of at least 30 items per month

Be adept at working with technology

Must be hungry!

Bonus points :

Recent Allstate experience

Life and Health license as well as P&C

Licensing for MD DC VA WV and / or PA

Bilingual - Spanish speaking

Prior remote experience
