Caregiver - Part-Time (Minimum 20 Hours / Week Availability)

Location : Dwight IL

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring reliable part-time caregivers in Dwight with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week and the opportunity to grow into full-time hours based on performance and flexibility.

Experience is preferred , but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Pay & Compensation

• $17 per hour starting
• $18 per hour starting with verified experience through the Healthcare Worker Portal
• Eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $1.00 per hour at 90 days
• Eligible for an additional performance-based raise of up to $1.00 per hour at 12 months
• Eligible for a retention and cost-of-living adjustment at 24 months , based on tenure, performance, and business conditions
• Paid mileage and paid travel time between clients
• Premium pay for select shifts
• Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 AM

Orientation & Support

• Paid shadow visits with an experienced caregiver
• Clear care plans and expectations
• Supportive office team with consistent communication

Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required
• Start part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time hours
• Additional hours available for caregivers with open availability and willingness to travel locally

This position is not suitable for on-call-only or extremely limited availability.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance and safety supervision
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Companionship and routine daily support
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not required
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• CNA experience a plus, but not required
• Must pass background check and required onboarding

Service Area Notice

Flawless Family Home Care serves Livingston, LaSalle, Grundy, McLean, Tazewell, and Woodford counties . Caregivers are scheduled primarily near their home town, with additional hours available for those willing to travel within our service area. Mileage and travel time are paid.

Compensation : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
