What You’ll Do :

• Supervise and Manage Crews : Lead your team on-site, ensuring materials and time are used efficiently to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams : Communicate with clients to understand fencing needs and work closely with project managers to keep tasks on track.
• Prepare and Execute : Inspect properties, determine material requirements, and ensure proper site preparation, including digging, measuring, and clearing debris.
• Install with Precision : Oversee the assembly, adjustment, and installation of fences, ensuring all segments are secure, aligned, and meet safety standards.
• Document and Report : Maintain detailed notes, drawings, and time reporting in our software for accurate tracking and project planning.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections to ensure every fence is completed correctly, safely, and to customer satisfaction.
