Description :

Position available for a Registered Nurse in an Observation Unit.

The shift is a 3x12-hour schedule from 18 : 00 to 06 : 30.

No weekend requirements.

No on-call requirements.

Floating to other units is required based on facility needs.

The facility may call off one shift every two weeks.

The facility does not allow call-outs.

Charting will be done using Epic.

The daily patient ratio is 3 : 1.

Unit orientation will take place on-site.

Nurses will staff with patient care technicians.

The focus is on ambulatory surgery patients overnight.

The unit contains five beds.

Compliance with emergency response during hurricane season may be required.
