Position : Less than Truckload (LTL) Specialist

About Us

American Diamond Logistics is a fully licensed Domestic and International third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in FTL and LTL shipments thru the use of Dry Vans, Refrigerated Trucks, Flat Beds, and Intermodal providers along with Air Freight / Ocean coverage for international markets. ADL prides itself on getting back to the basicstreating folks the right way, customers and vendors alike, while working hard on each and every shipment we handle to assure our customers that their freight is in good hands.

We are looking for anLess than Truckload (LTL) Specialistthat is ready to join a fast pace team that has been experiencing rapid growth. This position will provide a high level of service to our top tier customers through collaboration with multiple resources within the company and a commitment to Whatever it Takes. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pickups, tracking, and delivery of LTL shipments
  • Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
  • Collaborate with logistics coordinators and account managers on LTL freight planning
  • Leverage TMS systems for load building, freight tendering, and tracking updates
  • Track & report shipment status to customers
  • Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally
  • Effective communication with internal / external contacts to ensure customer needs and requirement are met

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University preferred.
  • 2+ years of Logistics industry experience required, in the LTL space preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must have demonstrated critical thinking skills and be process oriented.
  • Possess strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Organized : Must be highly organized, can multi-task, has good time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation : Having a positive attitude, strong sense of urgency, and the initiative to work independently.
  • Conflict resolution : Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others. Know how to be persuasive with the ability to stay calm.
