As a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients using the latest cloud technologies and best practices. You will work on projects to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 services and features across various devices and platforms, like endpoint management, ensuring security, compliance, and performance. You will also provide training, documentation, and guidance to our clients and internal staff, as well as contribute to our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Serve as the senior resource for Microsoft Intune, responsible for deploying and maintaining Intune infrastructure and configurations, including Microsoft Autopilot for our clients.
• Design, implement, and enforce Intune policies for device management, compliance, security, and application management.
• Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, as well as third-party applications and tools.
• Perform device enrollment, configuration, and update management for Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS devices using Intune.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365, to protect devices, identities, and data from cyber threats.
• Configure and apply Microsoft Information Protection, Azure Information Protection, and Office 365 Data Loss Prevention policies to safeguard sensitive information across devices and applications.
• Utilize Conditional Access, Multifactor Authentication, and other security features to enhance visibility and control over cloud activities and access.
• Conduct assessments and audits of client's current environment and provide recommendations for improvement and alignment with best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies and share knowledge and insights with the team and the clients.
• Produce detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and resolutions, and provide technical training to client administrators and end-users.
• Interact with Citrin Cooperman’s service desk system to assign and update tickets and knowledge base articles.
• Write blogs and other content to contribute to Citrin Cooperman marketing efforts.
• Pass Microsoft certifications for Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems administration, or technical support role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender Suite, and other Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• High proficiency in device management, configuration, and update management for Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS devices using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, as well as integration with third-party applications and tools.
• Technical familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, SQL, Exchange Server, as well as migration from on-premises to cloud solutions is a plus.
• Ability to define, create, and complete technical tasks independently or as part of a team, following best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to elicit and capture technical requirements, design, and implement solutions, and provide support and training to clients and internal staff.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations, and work with multiple clients per day.
• Professional and clear working manner with clients and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work well with end users and customers and provide exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or equivalent preferred.
• Microsoft certifications for Microsoft 365 and Azure required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
