Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for deployments, issue resolution, or project deadlines.

The Role

The Data Engineer designs, builds, and maintains data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics and operational reporting. This role blends hands-on engineering with a strong focus on data quality, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and well understood.

What You’ll Do

•Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data

•Integrate internal and third-party data sources to support analytics and reporting

•Optimize data workflows for reliability, performance, and scalability

•Design and maintain data models and storage solutions in cloud and database environments

•Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to security and compliance standards

•Create clear documentation for data pipelines, models, and infrastructure

•Partner with analytics, business teams, and leadership to understand data needs and priorities

•Support testing, validation, and change management for new or updated data solutions

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

•Experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar technical role

•Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used for data engineering

•Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or workflows

•Familiarity with cloud platforms and data storage or warehousing solutions

•Ability to document technical solutions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

•Experience with common data engineering tools or orchestration frameworks

•Familiarity with Agile or structured development processes

•Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

•Experience creating data flow diagrams or technical documentation templates
