POSITION TITLE : ACTIVITY LEADER
Employee Type : Seasonal, 22 hours per week
Schedule : Monday through Friday, generally from 1-6pm, 12 : 30-6pm on Wednesdays
Pay : $29.31-$30.78, based on experience.
Location : Onsite at one of our Elementary School sites in San Francisco, CA
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for a group of student participants (up to 22 kids), ensuring they have a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment in which to grow and learn.
- Design and implement daily engaging enrichment activities tailored to the developmental and cultural needs of youth
- Follow all snack and supper monitoring procedures and ensure a healthy and clean environment.
- Assist in the daily operations of the afterschool program at your assigned site, including supervising youth, administrative tasks, and cleaning / organizing program spaces.

At least one year experience working with elementary age youthFull availability Monday through Friday during after-school program hours (approx. 1pm-6pm, depending on the school and the day)Must be 18+ years of ageCritical Consciousness : Able to weave equity and cultural relevance into all aspects of planned activities. Able to plan and facilitate programming intentionally. Understanding of marginalized communities. Strong advocate for youth voice and leadership.Nice to Haves :
2 years college level experience in Child Development / Education or related field (B.A desired)Experience in Restorative Practices.Bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or SpanishAll Candidates must :
