Location : Hybrid in North Miami, FL

Salary : Up to $85,000

Overview : We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manage r to manage client benefit plans and provide day-to-day service and support. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee plan renewals and implementations and ensure timely, accurate service delivery across all benefit lines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding their employee benefits plans.
• Manage the renewal and implementation process for group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary benefits.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate plan administration.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on plan design, compliance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
