core values. Each guest who steps foot in our restaurant feels the
sincerity and authenticity of our food, culture and hospitality. As a
server with us, your primary focus is guest experience. Arrows of
good will, whatever we can do, we will do for our guests and
co-workers. We are looking for full time seasoned servers who want to
grow within the company.

Guest Experience
Provide
friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests, ensure each
need and request is tended to in a timely and effective manner
Build relationships and create regulars

Ensure steps of service are followed consistently and constantly to ensure consistency and expectations are being upheld

Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and offer suggestions of dishes in
accordance to the guest’s preference

Be familiar with and able to describe and sell all of our items including wines by the glass and bottle

Be able to answer any questions and provide recommendations for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions

Maintain a clean work environment

Follow all policy and procedures listed in our employee handbook and house rules

Ensure Montesacro's standards are met and exceeded on a day to day basis

Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures.

Able to ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problems which may arise and
informing a Manager of the problem and how it was resolved
