As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare environments. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, adapting to the unique environments of manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare locations.

Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior through visible patrols and attentive observation.

Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or actions taken in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
