The agency, nestled in a thoughtfully decorated space, is a testament to the values of collaboration and camaraderie. With a dedicated team, we pride ourselves on our tight-knit, team-oriented approach. We are seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a professional office setting. Training and licensing support are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Address cancellation notices and assist with policy renewals and retention.
  • Call customers for late payments and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Handle new business processing, endorsements, and policy updates.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with client inquiries and requests.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Insurance experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Training and licensing support provided.
