Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our reputable healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care focusing on the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal disorders, promoting patient well-being and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
  • Conduct endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
  • Participate in patient education, counseling, and follow-up care to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment regimens.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical encounters, and adhere to all regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on advancements in gastroenterology practices.
  • Engage in academic activities, including teaching and research opportunities, as appropriate.

Qualifications :

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Washington State.
  • Proven experience in performing endoscopic procedures is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
