Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization responsible for all Aeronautics billings and collections, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives to interpret and apply DFAR / FAR regulations, resolving complex compliance matters.
• Collaborate with program finance and shared services teams to structure new business opportunities and optimize contracting strategies.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin policies, DFAR / FAR, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements across all billing and collections activities.
• Analyze and distill complex accounts receivable trends, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development of team members, fostering a strong pipeline of future financial leaders.
• Cultivate a collaborative, "One Team" culture focused on partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
