Summary
The Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for supporting successful attainment of all program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Candidates must be comfortable within a rapid development environment and with the transition to production; able to execute within short timelines and a given budget. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, good organizational skills, computer literacy, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment.
Job Duties
- Providing staffing with the appropriate training / skill / knowledge base
- Addressing staffing requests and performance adjustments
- Handling day-to-day test operations including program priorities, work schedules, tools, workload planning, task monitoring, issue resolution, etc.
- Other special assignments, including but not limited to leadership of capital projects, transitioning new products to production, and proposal / business capture support.
- Cultivating talent in personnel as well as instilling process and discipline.
- 5% international travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications

This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
