About Us :

The Bistro Attendant is essential for creating great guest experiences with excellent service, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires top-notch customer service, attention to detail, and thriving in a busy hospitality environment.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Service & Communication : Welcome and help guests warmly and efficiently, offering menu recommendations for a memorable dining experience. Ability to take orders and clarify guest questions.
• Food & Beverage Operations : Maintain a well-stocked buffet and process guest orders accurately using our POS system.
• Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy : Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Efficiency & Teamwork : Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service.  Perform opening and closing duties, attend meetings, and follow hotel policies and safety standards.
