10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers based in North Aurora, IL, for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets. Assignments are primarily east of I-35. This entry-level role is intended for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; qualified candidates are provided a paid training program and mentor support. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

- Typical freight : No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.

Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policiesTransport no‑touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveriesMaintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRsPerform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspectionsCommunicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team membersMinimum requirements
Valid Class A CDLRecent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers are also encouraged to applySatisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientationAble to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening
