Assembly / Production Operator I

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all cell operations and traveler / quality records.

Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to improve process quality and productivity.

Participate in setting individual goals and performance metrics with the Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.

Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.

Ability to handle, maneuver, and assemble small precision parts.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on importance and sequencing.

Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
