• 2-3 patients per hour across 4 different worksites
• High acuity patients with ESI levels 1-5
• APP support varies by facility with coverage 6a-3p to 8p-4a
• Procedures : intubation, cricothyrotomy, ultrasound guided central lines
• Greatest need for nights, swings, and weekend coverage
• Emergency procedures including codes and conscious sedation
• Hospital privileges required
