Description - Your Role Awaits
  • Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while following established protocols.
  • Scrutinize test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments undergo preventative maintenance and calibration as required.
  • Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
  • Document all procedures with precision, mentor new employees or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
  • Promote a clean and safe work environment, closely adhering to industry regulations and accreditation criteria.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
  • Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
