Job Summary : Spectrum Control is a leading provider of advanced high-reliability electronics and semiconductor solutions supporting aerospace defense and other mission-critical applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team and help build precision components that make a real impact.

About the Role

As an Assembler you will follow established procedures drawings and work instructions to assemble electronic and electromechanical products. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy focus and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do

• Interpret and follow assembly procedures mechanical drawings part lists and work instructions.
• Use basic electronic measurement devices manufacturing tools assembly fixtures and hand tools.
• Assemble and test basic products to meet specifications and strict quality standards.
• Work with small delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability.
• Follow established budgets and production timelines to complete assigned work on schedule.
• Maintain an organized safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.
